1. Our Discreet Shipping Promise

Your privacy is non-negotiable. Every single order is packaged with the utmost care and confidentiality.

• Plain Packaging: All items are shipped in a plain, unbranded cardboard box or a sturdy, opaque polymailer.
• Neutral Shipping Label: The shipping label will display a generic sender name (e.g., “AST Distribution” or “ASC Logistics”) and will never mention “AwmSexToy” or indicate the nature of the contents.
• Secure & Confidential: Your order is packed securely to protect the contents, and all transaction details are handled with strict confidentiality.

2. Processing Time

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

3. Shipping Options, Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable carriers to offer several shipping options at checkout. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location, cart weight, and the selected service.

*International delivery times are estimates and can vary significantly due to customs processing, which is outside our control.

4. International Orders & Customs

We are proud to serve a global community. Please be aware of the following:

• Customs & Import Duties: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. AwmSexToy has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
• Shipping Restrictions: It is the customer’s responsibility to check their local laws regarding the importation of adult products before placing an order. We cannot ship to countries where such imports are prohibited.
• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.

6. What if My Package is Lost or Damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but occasionally issues arise.

• Damaged Package: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or contact us immediately at awmsextoy@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and contents.
• Lost in Transit: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or indicates a delivery that you did not receive, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
• Please report any shipping problems to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
